A xseed orgulha-se de ter contribu\u00eddo para que a Caixa Geral de Dep\u00f3sitos se tornasse o primeiro banco em Portugal a operar uma unidade inteiramente em regime remoto, prestando servi\u00e7o a mais de 3,5 milh\u00f5es de clientes, 24 horas por dia, 365 dias por ano, a partir de casa.
In total, 200 employees work in this Contact Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com esta medida, integrada no Plano de Conting\u00eancia da CGD para a COVID\u201119, foi poss\u00edvel cumprir o objetivo de colocar em teletrabalho o maior n\u00famero de colaboradores que normalmente desempenham fun\u00e7\u00f5es no emblem\u00e1tico edif\u00edcio\u2011sede da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, em Lisboa.\nTodos os 200 colaboradores do Caixa Contact Center foram dotados das condi\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas necess\u00e1rias para continuarem a desempenhar a sua atividade em regime de teletrabalho 100% seguro, totalmente integrado na infraestrutura inform\u00e1tica da Caixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em m\u00e9dia, este Contact Center recebe cerca de 6.000 intera\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias; no entanto, face \u00e0s medidas implementadas no \u00e2mbito da declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado de Emerg\u00eancia, esse n\u00famero aumentou para mais de 11.000 intera\u00e7\u00f5es por dia.\nCom o objetivo de disponibilizar mais um canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o que respondesse \u00e0 necessidade de informa\u00e7\u00e3o manifestada pelos clientes, a Caixa passou tamb\u00e9m a disponibilizar no seu website todas as medidas de mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto econ\u00f3mico da COVID\u201119, bem como um formul\u00e1rio de candidatura. Esta iniciativa contribuiu de forma significativa para a normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero de contactos di\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ainda assim, e de forma a evitar situa\u00e7\u00f5es de espera, o Contact Center da Caixa foi refor\u00e7ado com a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de 14 novos colaboradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
